Eg. Deliver between 8 and 2pm., Person cannot answer phone deliver even if no answer, Call via Whatsapp only, available for Delivery on this day only.
For our Dispatchers and Couriers to see these requests, they MUST be placed into the COMMENTS field.
The Additional Information field does NOT allow for the same functionality.
If your shipment has a time limited delivery window of 90 minutes of less, SPED offers the ability to book shipments as a Priority.Shipment under the Extra Services Section on the Shipment Creation Page.
If your shipment needs to be delivered during the morning period, SPED gives you the ability to book your Shipment as an Express Shipment under the Extra Services Section on the Shipment Creation Page.
