Introduction to Shipping Labels

Shipping Labels help identify Four out the Five Ws of all shipments.

The Who- Who it is coming from, Who it is going to, Who is transporting the shipment

The What- What is in the shipment

The Where- Where is it being collected and Where is it being delivered

The When- When the package is to be collected and when the delivery should take place

They also help identify the number of pieces in a shipment and any special requests or service.

Whilst the above is true, not all information is easily deciphered on shipping labels.
You may notice the following information is not readable on our labels:-
1. Sender's Address.

2. Sender's Phone Number.

3. Consignee's Phone Number

4. COD amount

5. Product Description

Our shipping labels are intentionally designed to not have sensitive information printed, however our labels do include barcodes and QR Codes, which makes sensitive information readily available to our team. This practice follows industry standard.

Entering the relevant information in the appropriate field, ensures the right information is printed on your shipping label.
